Not so long ago, I had a pleasure to photograph a local florist in “action” :) She was working on the final touches at the wedding: bridal flower crown, bridesmaids bouquets and a seriously gorgeous floral fence garland (which I will share with you in my next post) and I was there to document all of it. Later on, these images were used in Nene Living magazine, in the article about the talented Lydia Jones.
Lydia created fantastic flower crown for this lovely bride and when I remember myself, when I was getting married, that I spent hours and hours looking for a hair piece and it never even downed to me to consider a flower crown, because nobody guided me or even suggested it … and it would’ve made such a difference. So my advice to you, all the lovely future brides: make sure to have a long and informative chat with your florist, share your ideas and your concerns, share your vision. Florists are creative bunch of wonderful people, I am sure they will be willing to advise you from their heart.
