* what would be the most important factors to consider in wedding photography?

For us it was important to know that they seemed to connect with us and understood what we wanted from the day.  It was important that they were willing to invest some time in researching the venue and other locations which would be shot. This was a huge plus.

Brides Dress:  Benjamin Roberts with custom bolero and veil from Zomo Couture  //  Brides Accessories: So Jewellery  //  Groom’s Suit/Groomsmen: Favour Brook  and  Moss Bros  //  Flowers: LuLu Flowers in Newbury  //  Wedding Website: www.ewedding.com  is a free wedding website.  We found this very helpful to post information for travelling guests.  For a small fee you can add additional functionality.  It was very well received.  //  Hair and Makeup: Laura Loves Makeup  was absolutely amazing!  She is based in London but is willing to travel.  She did several styles during the trial and really listened to what I wanted.  She even got my terribly straight hair to curl which almost no one else can do!  She was a gem with my very difficult to please grandmother.  She even purchased a lipstick for me to use for touch ups on the day however I hardly needed it as my make-up still looked fab even the next morning.  My maid of honour and I looked and felt absolutely amazing.  I would recommend her to anyone!

* any advice for brides-to-be?

Focus on the big things, location, venue, food, dress, grooms attire.  If you get those things right, the rest will fall together more easily.  Don’t try to please everyone, just try to please yourself and your groom.  Don’t worry about the small details.  No one remembers them anyway.  We tried to save money on the little things like using e-invites and saved budget for things people will enjoy more i.e. bar tab.  You will not regret great photos.
